After upgrading ems to version 10.1.7, it fails to start.
In the ems.log file, we see: "com.nimsoft.events.common.exception.EMSRestartException: Data Store Open Failed "

Note: same issue has been also reported when upgrading ems to 10.24 and 10.33

UIM 8.51, 9.02, 20.1, 20.3, 20.4
EMS 10.1.7 through 10.33

Possible EMS DB corruption.

Please do the following: 
- deactivate the ems probe 
- Delete ems db folder from the following location: <UIM_Installation>\Nimsoft\probes\service\ems\db 
- activate the ems probe. 

after you will see ems start properly.
