CA Service Catalog

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading CA Service Catalog from release 12.9 or 14.1 to 17.1 or from 17.1/17.2 to 17.3 or 17.4, it is possible to find that menu options are missing under the Catalog tab.

Same can also happen if the EEM implementation is replaced

Additional Information

Make sure that ALL filter values are present.

For example,  if "12.0,12.1,12.4" is all that is seen, add the whole set of entries to read as "12.0,12.1,12.4,12.5,12.6,12.7,12.8,12.9,14.1,17.0,17.1,17.3,17.4"
