Issue/Introduction

Jaspersoft is displaying the error message "No message found under code 'null' for locale 'en_US'" when attempting to add any attribute to a row or column in a new Ad-Hoc view.

Cause

Jaspersoft attributes out of sync

Resolution

  • Run the Jaspersoft commands one by one on the Clarity server:
admin update jasperParameters
admin jaspersoft syncPPMContext -userName superuser -password <password>
admin content-jaspersoft csk restoreDomains -userName superuser -password <password>
  • Test again, this should resolve the issue.
     

Additional Information

Note that after restoring Jaspersoft domains, we recommend a full load of Load Data Warehouse to be run to update custom attributes to the domains
