What options do I have in running lua scripts?

For alarm-related lua scripts, it is best to create them within NAS. For example, if you wish to run the script based on an alarm happening, then the place to configure would be via nas.

If however, you need to run some lua script regardless of an alarm happening you would use the nsa probe.

To use the nsa probe, deploy it to a robot that will run the scripts.

You will not see the nsa probe in the probe list after install. You can see examples related to the probe in the Nimsoft\e2e_scripting\scripts with the filename called "Readme" and in Nimsoft\sdk\nsa
