Environment

Release:
Component: SPCCSS

Cause

The errors indicate database corruption. Specifically, the SpectroSERVER was trying to write to the database but could not. "store_val calling mattrTable.insert ". On Windows, a couple of common causes for database corruption are anti-virus software and disk backup utilities. If you are running anti-virus software and/or disk backup utilities, it is highly recommended to exclude the Spectrum partition/directory from the scan to remove the risk of corrupting the database.

Resolution

Restore the SpectroSERVER database using a recent database save.
