After upgrading to 15.5.1 (or 15.6.x or 15.7), Open Workbench keeps crashing when adding tasks in the middle of the task list. 

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Use a project that has a few tasks. They can all be at the same level
2. Open the project in OWB
3. Click on one of the middle rows and click Insert (either on OWB or keyboard)
4. Enter task ID and name
5. Click insert again
6. Repeat 2 or 3 more times

Alternatively, the issue will occur when clicking on Insert multiple times to insert new lines without typing in any task details. 

Expected Results: New lines are inserted without error

Actual Results: OWB crashes with 'npWbench.exe has stopped working' error or OWB just closes.

Fixed in 15.7.1 and also patched in 15.7.0.1 (15.7 patch 1) and 15.6.1.3 (15.6.1 patch 3)

Workarounds: 

Option 1: Click on the next task row down before inserting an additional task. 

Option 2: If you need to insert a new task not at the bottom of the project 

Instead of using the insert functionality:

1.  Add the new task at the bottom of the project
2. Highlight the entire new task
3. Left-click in the task name, which will enable the move functionality
4. Drag the task to the desired location.
