Issue/Introduction
How to avoid hub raising robot inactive alarm in the following senario ?
1. hub is having network outage in between managing robots.
2. Robots already moved to another hub, as part of robot failover.
Environment
hub any version
Cause
This is a design, not preventable.
Resolution
There is no out-of-the-box solution.
