ITAM-APM: Needed IIS components to install ITAM/APM

Issue/Introduction
Have tried to install APM 17.3 fresh on a new server. Getting a 500 error when I try to go to the home page. What is causing this and how to address?
Error seen:
500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.
Environment
CA Asset Portfolio Management, all releases
Cause
The cause is an insufficient IIS configuration and requires Windows Server admin access on the given ITAM Web Server, on the Server Manager, to correct.
Resolution
The attached files on this tech doc contain screencaps of the settings needed to address.
- Go into your ITAM Web Server's Server Manager in Windows.
- Under "Server Roles", drill down to Web Server.
- Examine the screen caps and check on the same entries that appear in the screencaps.

- Next, go into Features, drill down into .NET Framework 3.5 Features and .NET Framework 4.6 Features and install as shown in the attached screencap
