When attempt to enter Gen Host Encyclopedia get the message: "PARAMETER FILE ERROR.000".    What is missing?

For this error when entering the Gen Host Encyclopedia, check your session allocations by entering the following from the command line within your session: 

TSO ISRDDN  

Be sure to have a DDNAME for TIUPARML with your PARMLIB library allocation for your logged in session.  

For example looking at a example 'TSO ISRDDN',   we see the reference:  'TIUPARML   AAAC.COOLH01.AG86.PARMLIB'
