CA Gen r8 REG602 error

Issue/Introduction
When using CA Gen r8 (8.0) to generate web services using the "Web Service Wizard", step 5, select generate, the following error is displayed.
Environment
Release : 8.0

Resolution
Start the Gen Toolset with elevated privileges by doing a right-click and choosing 'Run as administrator'.
When double clicking the Web Service Wizard executable C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\.....\Web Service Wizard\WEBSVCPI.EXE from Windows Explorer for release Gen 8.5 and 8.6, the error does not occur. So, the problem was fixed between Gen 8.0 and 8.5, and the workaround for Gen 8.0 is to start the Toolset with 'Run as administrator' whenever running in conjunction with the Web Service Wizard WSW.
