The following error is thrown when attempting to mark project for deletion: "BPM-0200: The object being deleted is associated with an unfinished process instance."

The logs do not provide any additional details and there is no process instances found on the project nor any of its subobject (Tasks, Status Reports, Issues, Risks, Change Requests...) instances.

This error can also happen when deleting any object instance: task, risk, issue ...

there is a process instance running that prevents the associated object instance from being deleted

This project was converted from an Idea, so the process keeping the project from being marked for deletion would be on the Idea. If the process instance is in any status other than Completed or Aborted, it will need to be cancelled and deleted before marking the associated project for deletion. 

If you receive this error when trying to delete any object instance, go to the Processes tab of the instance and look for any unfinished process instance. Cancel and/or Delete any unfinished process instance prior to deleting the object instance affected

If there is an unfinished process instance associated to the object instance you try to delete, you would receive the error below:

"BPM-0200: The object being deleted is associated with an unfinished process instance."
