Issue/Introduction

When we go to start the robot service we get the message that the service is marked for deletion on a windows server.

Environment

UIM 8.x, 9.x 20.x
Robot 7.x,8.x,9.x
Windows OS

Cause

An uninstall of the UIM robot was done which marked the service for deletion
The server was not restarted so that the service could properly be removed.

Resolution

Run the robot uninstaller again.
Reboot the windows server
Run the robot installer again
