Issue/Introduction
There are some endpoints that require CA API Gateway (Layer 7) to utilize them. Such as Service Now, Microsoft Azure, Zendesk, Google Apps (V2), and Box Connector. Is CA API Gateway (Layer 7) included in my Identity Suite license?

Resolution
By default CA API Gateway is not included in the Identity Suite license. CA API Gateway is a powerful product with many benefits and purposes. If needed to utilize these endpoints, I would recommend reaching out to your account team to gather more information about obtaining CA API Gateway.
